Most newly designed items are added to our site as soon as they are completed, which means we may only have one item in that design in stock. We try to replenish stock as quickly as possible. However, if an item you request is out of stock please remember that all our items are hand-crafted and therefore, it may take a day or two to replace it.

Your order will be shipped once it is completed. If it will take more than 48 hours to complete your order, you will be notified by e-mail.

We will accept items returned within 30 days of receipt and refund the full amount of the product cost. Shipping costs, however, will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. If you want an item in exchange, we will pay the shipping back to you on the new item.

Refunds are not available on custom work.

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return it.
